The EVA surface is to be cleaned thoroughly with Toluene and kept open. Wait for 5 minutes for evaporation of the solvent. For complete removal of toluene from the substrates, keep at an elevated temperature of 45-50 degree centigrade for 5-7 minutes. Apply the primer thoroughly on the surface of the Eva substrates by a nylon brush. Second coat may be applied on the same surface for better result. The treated surface will then have to be kept for about 20 - 30 minutes at ambient temperature. The treated sole and upper are then to be taken for adhesive application.
